Jennifer Lopez and family out & about in Portofino, Italy on the way to meet designer Stefano Gabbana – J Lo carrying her daughter Emme and Marc is carrying Max. Both of the babies have grown quite a bit and they look so adorable. As many women do, Jennifer is also struggling to lose her post baby weight. Her goal is to get back to her old weight 133 lbs.
